Born and raised in Manchester UK ,  Freya now resides in London.


Freya completed a Two Year Conservatory at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute, New York, Studying under Robert Ellerman, George Loros and Irma Sandrey. Prior to coming to the USA Freya trained in and around the UK, participating in the 'Shakespeare in the City' festival as well as performing at the Royal Exchange and the Lowry Theatre in Manchester. Attending classes at Beverly Keogh’s Act for TV and Laine-Johnson Theatre workshop.


Freya’s most recent credits include the role of Margo in the feature film Killer Christmas out later this year, the short movie Before I Go produced by Clear Box pictures, The Unicorn Movie, The Cochlear Effect and Boozy Mickey.

Recent Stage credits include, You Love That I’m Not Your Wife, August 8th 1974, Stephen Adly Guirgis’s Our Lady of 121st Street and she is currently in rehearsals for Dennis Kelly’s Love and Money.


Commercially Freya has worked with global brands such as JBL/Harman, Bud Light, Jet 2, Ole, Kohl’s, Philosophy, Jack Black, Barbour, Tarte and Tomora.
